PVC And NBR Rubber Automobile Sheath Tube, is made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) fully compatible with (plasticized) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), so it can be mixed together to produce a homogeneous blend (alloy) with excellent properties . The PVC part provides improved ozone resistance, flame retardancy and weather resistance, while the NBR part provides good abrasion and chemical resistance, including oils, fuels and other non-polar compounds. The addition of PVC to NBR also increases the pigment carrying capacity of the coloured compound, allowing for better retention of vibrant colours. The blend also exhibits lower plasticizer volatility due to the greater affinity of nitrile rubber for traditional liquid plasticizers. 1
